Mark Day, a talented Canadian actor and broadcaster, hails from the charming small town of Port Hawkesbury in Cape Breton. Growing up in this picturesque setting, Mark's early years were marked by a fascination with the world of radio, which would eventually lead him to become one of the youngest radio announcers in the country at the tender age of 14. This remarkable feat was achieved when he started working at 1410 CIGO Radio, a milestone that showcased his exceptional communication skills and potential for success.

As Mark continued to grow and develop, he turned his attention to the world of theater, enrolling in Acadia University to study the art form.
