Person Biography:
Born into a family of artists, my mother was a professional dancer and acting teacher, while my father was a poet and stage actor. Growing up, I was fascinated by the magic of the movies, often spending Saturday afternoons watching horror films from a young age. My earliest memory is waiting in anticipation for the movie to begin at just five years old, and I knew then that I wanted to dedicate my life to the world of cinema.
As I grew older, I found myself more comfortable on stage or set than in everyday life, a trait my friends have come to observe. With a long history of storytellers in my family, I felt destined for a career in the arts. I began my professional directing career on stage in Boston, Massachusetts, before making the move to Los Angeles to continue my education and pursue my dreams.
I went on to receive a Master of Fine Arts degree from UCLA, and have since had the privilege of working with an impressive array of talented actors, including Tippi Hedren, Carrie Keagan, Dennis Christopher, Charles Hallahan, Max Gail, Karl Malden, and Alex Rocco, to name a few.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to direct a diverse range of films, including Vampyrz on a Boat, The Fiancé, Valentine Days, and Mind Rage.
