Mario O'Hara, a renowned Filipino director and writer, entered this world on April 20, 1946, in the vibrant city of Zamboanga, Philippines. Throughout his illustrious career, he left an indelible mark on the film industry, with some of his most notable works including the critically acclaimed "Babae sa Breakwater" (2003),the romantic drama "Pangarap ng Puso" (2000),and the thought-provoking historical drama "Sisa" (1999).
Tragically, Mario O'Hara's life was cut short when he passed away on June 26, 2012, at the San Juan de Dios Hospital in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
