Before commencing her illustrious career as a documentary filmmaker, Marianna dedicated herself to higher education, pursuing a comprehensive course of study in Anthropology at the esteemed University College London (UCL),where she developed a profound and nuanced understanding of human cultures and societies, including their complexities, nuances, and diversity.
Following her academic endeavors, Marianna furthered her knowledge by studying Photojournalism at the respected London College of Photography (LCP),where she refined her skills in visual storytelling and documentary filmmaking, honing her expertise in capturing the human experience through the lens of her camera.
Marianna's academic endeavors were merely the beginning of her professional journey, as she subsequently leveraged her newly acquired knowledge by embarking on a stint as a multifaceted film researcher and photographer in both Greece and England.
