The trailblazing director, screenwriter, producer, and visual artist, whose innovative spirit and creative prowess have captivated audiences worldwide, has had a multifaceted educational trajectory, marked by a rich and diverse experience, having had the privilege of studying at the esteemed Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión, also affectionately referred to as the San Antonio de los Baños International School, situated in the vibrant and culturally rich nation of Cuba.
Beyond her academic pursuits in Cuba, Rondón simultaneously cultivated her artistic inclinations by venturing to France, where she had the opportunity to delve deeper into the world of animation, thereby refining her skills and expanding her creative horizons.
In the year 1990, a pivotal moment in her professional career, Rondón seized the opportunity to take the reins and found her own independent production company, aptly named Sudaca Films, with its principal offices strategically located in both the Peruvian capital of Lima and the Venezuelan capital of Caracas.
