Marcello Caridade, a renowned actor, has had a long-standing career spanning over eight years alongside Chico Anysio in various programs such as Escolinha do Professor Raimundo, Chico Total, Zorra Total, Sob Nova Direção, and Malhação.
Currently, he is part of the cast of Os Caras de Pau (Rede Globo),where he plays the role of SEU MANUEL, the Portuguese owner of a bakery.
In the theater, Marcello's most recent work as an actor was in the musical Orlando Silva, o Cantor das Multidões, directed by Antonio DeBonis.
For this year, he is preparing his monologue, Testosterona, under the direction of Leandro Hassum, alongside actor Marcio Lima.
As a director, his most recent works include the comedy Balaio de Gatos, written by Bia Montez and Fátima Valença, starring Fabiana Karla; and Uma Professora Muito Maluquinha, written by Ziraldo.
Marcello has also worked on productions for the Cia. de Repertório de Teatro Musical, catering to a young audience.
In 2008, Marcello was honored by the Centro Brasileiro de Teatro para Infância e Juventude for his work in the field of Teatro Infanto-Juvenil.
Presently, he is working on feature films "O PEREGRINO" (the biography of Paulo Coelho) and "OS CARAS DE PAU", both set to be released in 2014.
