Manuel Billi, a cinematic visionary born in 1979, currently resides in the City of Light, Paris. Since the dawn of the new millennium, he has maintained a fruitful collaboration with various prominent Italian and French film magazines, solidifying his reputation as a respected voice in the film industry.
