Abdel Malek Brahimi, professionally known as Freeman, is a French dancer, composer, and rapper of Algerian origin born on May 9, 1972, in Marseille, Bouches-du-Rhône.
In the late 1980s, Freeman met Akhenaton and Shurik'N, forming the rap group B. Boys Stance, where he joined as a dancer around 1989.
