Malachi Nimmons Jr. is a multi-talented individual, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry as an actor, comedian, and improviser.
As a child, Malachi began acting, but surprisingly, he stopped performing at the tender age of six. It wasn't until his early twenties that he resumed his acting career, marking a significant turning point in his life.
In 2006, Malachi enrolled in the Professional Actors Training Program at Chattanooga State Technical College, which he successfully completed in 2008. The same year, he decided to test his mettle in stand-up comedy, entering the prestigious "Chattanooga's funniest human" contest, where he impressively placed third.
The following year, Malachi made the bold move to Los Angeles to pursue his comedy dreams, but unfortunately, his fortunes took a drastic turn when he lost everything in an apartment fire in 2010. Undeterred, he returned to his hometown in Tennessee, where he regrouped and refocused.
In November 2011, Malachi received an offer to audition for Chicago City Limits, New York's longest-running comedy revue. His impressive audition secured him a spot with the company, and he relocated to New York City in January 2012.
Malachi's impressive resume now boasts appearances in commercials for Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, South Park, and Sony Entertainment Network. Moreover, he has also made a notable appearance on season 16 of TruTv's "World's Dumbest". Today, Malachi resides in the vibrant borough of Queens, New York.
