Morten Harket, a renowned Norwegian musician, is best recognized as a vital member of the iconic pop/rock group a-ha, responsible for the groundbreaking hits "Take On Me" and "The Sun Always Shines On TV" in 1985.
In addition to his work with a-ha, Harket has also made significant contributions to various film projects. He composed the theme song for the James Bond film "The Living Daylights" in 1987, as well as the theme "Celice" for "The Da Vinci Code" in 2006.
Harket's solo career has also flourished, with the release of two albums: "Dragonfly" in 2001, which served as the soundtrack for the film of the same name, and "Past Perfect Future Tense" in 2004.
Beyond his work as a musician, Harket has also collaborated with Kjetil Bjerkestrand under the name Timbersound, releasing soundtracks for films such as "Ti kniver i hjertet" in 1994, "Hotel Oslo" in 1997, and "Hermetic" in 2004, which featured music for the films "Bloody Angels" and "Hawaii, Oslo".
