Madeleine Gardella, a talented American actress hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has had a multifaceted career spanning both dance and acting.
Starting her journey in the world of performance at the tender age of 11, Gardella landed her first theater job in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, setting the stage for a lifelong passion for the arts.
With a background in ballet, Gardella trained at esteemed institutions such as The Rock School for Dance Education, American Ballet Theater, and Bolshoi, eventually embarking on a successful professional ballet career, where she danced numerous principal roles in iconic ballets like "Coppelia" and "The Nutcracker".
However, in 2017, Gardella made the bold decision to pivot from dance to acting, simultaneously attending college, where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Digital Journalism and Media from Pennsylvania State University in December 2020.
Throughout her burgeoning acting career, Gardella has appeared in Season 2 of "Leverage: Redemption" and Tubi's "Crushed" as 'Jill', as well as in the award-winning indie feature "All About Sex" as Sarah and in the indie short "Don't Write Me Off" as 'Bay'.
In Fall 2022, just two weeks into earning her MFA in the Producers Program at UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television, Gardella landed a significant role in Francis Ford Coppola's highly anticipated film, Megalopolis, joining an impressive ensemble cast including Adam Driver, Nathalie Emmanuel, Laurence Fishburne, Jon Voight, Talia Shire, Shia LaBeouf, Jason Schwartzman, and Dustin Hoffman.
Set against the backdrop of a post-disaster New York City, Megalopolis follows an architect as he attempts to rebuild the city as a utopia, with details surrounding the film's story remaining shrouded in secrecy.
