Lochlyn Munro embarked on an acting career after a severe sports injury thwarted his aspirations of becoming a professional hockey player. As a multi-talented individual, he redirected his passion towards the performing arts. While entertaining crowds in various music clubs around Vancouver, British Columbia, Lochlyn concurrently pursued formal training in drama and improvisational comedy under the guidance of renowned industry professionals, including the late Susan Strasberg.
