Lliam's fascination with acting began at a remarkably young age, sparked by a profound appreciation for the art of storytelling and a family rich in theatrical heritage. As a child, he was already well-versed in the world of theatre, film, and television, with a professional presence dating back to the tender age of six.
Throughout his formative years, Lliam underwent extensive training at the renowned 16th Street Actors Studio in Melbourne. Under the guidance of the esteemed Howard Fine, he refined his craft and cultivated a deep passion for character development, a skill he has honed over a decade and a half.
In recent years, Lliam has secured leading and guest roles in a variety of high-profile productions, including seasons one and two of Netflix's popular series 'Rostered On', the long-running Australian soap opera 'Neighbours', and the feature film 'Ali's Wedding', produced by Matchbox Pictures.
Currently based in Australia, Lliam is actively developing multiple film and television projects for the international market alongside his wife, Dana Marie Newell-Murphy, a talented Queensland-born director and producer.
