Biography

Noted thespian, composer, visual artist, and published author, whose remarkable aptitude for creative expression extended to the writing of the novel "Mr. Cartonwine: A Moral Tale" as well as his own autobiography.

In the year 1944, he became a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP),and subsequently composed an impressive array of musical works, including "Russian Dances", "Partita", "Ballet Viennois", "The Woodman and the Elves", "Behind the Horizon", "Fugue Fantasia", "In Memoriam", "Hallowe'en", "Preludium & Fugue", "Elegie for Oboe, Orchestra", "Farewell Symphony (one-act opera)", "Elegie (piano pieces)", and "Rondo for Piano", as well as the captivating "Scherzo Grotesque".
