Linda Wong, a native of San Francisco, made history by becoming the first Asian adult film star to achieve widespread recognition in the industry. Her entry into the world of pornography occurred in the mid-1970s, during which time she worked as an office staffer for renowned San Francisco attorney Melvin Belli. Wong's captivating on-screen presence, characterized by her sultry, exotic, and striking physical appearance, as well as her energetic and intense performances, quickly earned her a reputation as a standout in the industry. Her impressive physique and captivating on-screen presence propelled her to the top ranks of the adult film industry, where she collaborated with some of the most prominent names in the business, including John Holmes, Joey Silvera, and Georgina Spelvin. At the height of her career, Wong reportedly left the industry in 1981, allegedly at the insistence of her then-boyfriend, but returned a few years later. Unfortunately, her life was cut short when she succumbed to an accidental drug overdose in 1987.
