Biography

Libby Aubrey, a Pennsylvania native, was destined for greatness, as fate rather than intention transformed her from a Beverly Hills housewife to a world-class athlete.

Born with a passion for acting, Libby began studying the craft at an early age. By the time she was eight, she was already performing on the esteemed Bucks County Playhouse stage in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Her theatrical talents continued to flourish, with appearances in productions on the music theater circuit and later, studies at Stephens College for Women, the University of Wisconsin, and the University of Paris, Sorbonne.

Libby's multifaceted career also included stints as a model, dancer, actress, and voice-over specialist, with numerous national and regional commercial appearances to her credit.

However, a life-changing event was to come. Following the passing of her mother, Libby embarked on a journey of self-improvement, focusing on her own health and well-being. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life, as she discovered a sense of freedom and fulfillment through cycling.

In her inaugural year of competition, at the age of 50, Libby Aubrey achieved remarkable success, winning Silver Medals in the California State Championship for the 500-meter and two-kilometer time pursuit events. She followed this up with two more Silver Medals in Indianapolis and a Bronze Medal in Manchester, England, for the 500-meter event.

Most recently, Libby set a new world record in the flying 200-meter Time Trial for women her age, cementing her status as a cycling powerhouse.

To promote the sport and give back to the cycling community, Libby has established the SCHOOL OF CHAMPIONS, a federation of corporate interests and related associations. As Chair Person, she will develop a national standard for training and certifying cycling coaches, trainers, and instructors at all levels of the United States Cycling Federation (USCF).
