Leslie D. Farrell is a multi-award-winning producer, director, and writer with a career spanning over 15 years in the filmmaking industry.
She recently completed production on the groundbreaking dramatic series, Miracle's Boys (2005),which features African American lead actors and is based on the Coretta Scott King Award-winning book. This milestone series was produced in collaboration with On-Screen Entertainment.
Throughout her illustrious career, Leslie is most renowned for creating acclaimed films for HBO, including the award-winning Sports on the Silver Screen (1997) and The Journey of the African-American Athlete (1996),both of which have garnered widespread recognition.
Ms. Farrell's body of work has been showcased on a diverse range of national platforms, including MTV, NBC, Bravo, The History Channel, BET, and other prominent outlets in the United States.
