Biography

The legendary author's life was a rich tapestry of diverse experiences, weaving together a unique narrative that would eventually give birth to the iconic Saint series. Prior to putting pen to paper, he toiled in the depths of a tin mine, his sweat and toil a testament to his unyielding work ethic. The rubber plantation, another stop on his journey, provided a backdrop for his next adventure, where he honed his skills as a rugged individualist. The allure of the unknown drew him to the goldfields, where he panned for precious metals and forged his spirit. As a bartender, he polished his charm and developed an ear for the stories of the people who sat on his stools. And, in a surprising turn of events, he discovered a passion for bridge, a game of strategy and wit that would serve him well in his future literary pursuits.

At the tender age of 20, he penned his first Saint book, a work that would prove to be his third literary effort, and the only one of his initial five novels to feature the Saint. Over the years, he would go on to craft nearly a hundred Saint adventures, each one a testament to his boundless creativity and imagination. His work extended beyond the printed page, as he wrote the scripts for thirteen years of globally syndicated Saint comic strips, bringing the beloved character to life for a new generation of fans. His success in Hollywood was not limited to the world of comics, as he also made a name for himself as a successful scriptwriter and script medic.

Throughout his life, he was drawn to the open road, spending extended periods traveling the world and soaking up its diverse cultures. However, he eventually settled for long stretches in Hollywood, Florida, and finally, in Surrey, England, UK, where he would find a sense of belonging and tranquility.
