Les Norris is a multifaceted American creative force, excelling as a writer, director, and musician. Born in the nation's capital, Washington DC, his family relocated to South Florida in the mid-1970s. As a young adult, Norris co-founded the punk band Radiobaghdad at the tender age of 19. The band released three critically acclaimed CDs, with the final installment, "665: Neighbor of the Beast", produced by the esteemed Bill Stevenson (ALL, Black Flag, Desendents) and Stephen Eggerton.
Norris's foray into filmmaking resulted in the highly acclaimed GORNO, which premiered at the prestigious Washington DC International Film Festival. The film was subsequently released by Brain Damage Films in 2006, and later included in the box set "Tomb of Terrors" by Brain Damage Films and Mill Creek Entertainment in 2008. Norris continued to hone his craft, completing his second film, "The Fog of War", featuring the talented Benhur Barrero (aka: Sito Oner Rock). The film is slated for release in 2013.
In a surprising twist, GORNO was re-released as part of the 3DVD set "Ghastly Grabs vol.2 on September 7, 2011. Currently, Norris is busy working on his first solo CD, "Son of a Drunk", also set for release in 2013.
