Leonard Earl Howze made his feature film debut in the box office hit, 'Barbershop', which catapulted him to stardom. He later reprised his role in the film's sequel, 'Barbershop 2: Back in Business', solidifying his position in the entertainment industry.

Currently, he stars on the CBS sitcom, 'Kevin Can Wait', showcasing his versatility as a comedic actor. He also stars in the Netflix action/comedy, 'The True Memoirs of an International Assassin', demonstrating his range as a performer.
