Born in Taiwan, Leo's affinity for the performing arts began to unfold at a tender age, as he enthusiastically lent a hand to his parents in their endeavors with the Vancouver Chinese Opera. Despite his initial exposure to the world of entertainment, it wasn't until later in life, after a prolonged period of balancing a professional career with his passion for filmmaking, that Leo made the bold decision to pursue his artistic aspirations full-time.
