Biography

Larry Gray's reputation in the film industry was that of a reliable and dependable individual, often referred to as a "player", while to the general public, he was seen as a devoted and loving son. Throughout his extensive career in Hollywood, he resided with his parents or his mother until his marriage in 1935. Interestingly, he had the unique experience of building a home alongside his parents, Henry and Mamie Gray. Unfortunately, Henry passed away in 1932, but Larry continued to share a home with his mother until a significant event in his personal life occurred. It was during this period that Dolores Del Rio played a crucial role in Larry's life by introducing him to Maria Luisa Figueroa, which ultimately led to a romantic connection blossoming into an engagement.
