Lawrence Bucher, born Larry Wade Bucher, is a talented American actor, writer, and producer. Raised in Sedona, Arizona, he began his career as a real estate agent in Phoenix before discovering his passion for acting.
Under the guidance of Elayne Stein's commercial acting class, Lawrence started performing in local commercials and eventually moved to Las Vegas to hone his craft. He studied acting under renowned coach Joseph Bernard, who appeared in over 25 Broadway plays and several movies.
Lawrence's breakthrough role came as Jack DeGrasso in the American horror film Mutilation Mile, which received positive reviews globally. However, his career hit a four-year hiatus before he refocused on writing proof-of-concepts and treatments.
In 2011, a chance meeting with veteran actor Kiyano La'Vin led to the creation of the police-type serial Under the Radar (UTR),which premiered in 2016 and toured the global festival circuit in 2017, winning 17 awards, including the prestigious Worldfest Houston Int'l "Platinum Remi" Award.
Lawrence's win at Worldfest reignited his acting career, and he went on to star in the 2018 Beijing-released drama Hidden Summer, marking his debut in a Chinese film.
