Lauren's journey began in Adelaide, South Australia, where she was born before relocating to Tasmania with her family at a young age, laying the foundation for her creative pursuits to unfold.
As a youngster, Lauren's innate creativity was nurtured through her participation in school plays, drama classes, and further development in photography, setting the stage for her future endeavors.
In June 2010, Lauren left Australia behind, embarking on a new chapter in the Vancouver film scene, where she has since honed her acting skills through booking multiple independent films and enrolling in reputable acting classes, her dedication and perseverance paving the way for success.
Lauren's big screen debut came in 2012 with a small but pivotal credited role in the Hollywood Blockbuster "This Means War," starring alongside A-list actors Tom Hardy, Chris Pine, Chelsea Handler, and 2005 Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon.
The momentum from this breakthrough continued with Lauren booking a role in the independent horror/thriller film "From Beneath" (2012),her first lead in a feature film, which was filmed in May 2011 over two weeks by Vancouver filmmaker David Doucette and is scheduled for release in October 2012.
Beyond acting, Lauren has expanded her creative scope into filmmaking, directing, producing, and script writing. She made her producing debut with the short film "Speak Now" (2011),a romantic comedy that she wrote and directed, showcasing her versatility and talent.
Lauren's second short film, "Daisies," sees her taking on the roles of script writer, producer, and director, with a small cameo appearance in the film, scheduled to shoot in August 2012.
Lauren's roles continued with a lead role in the sexy, dark web-series "13 Witches" (2012),a fantasy horror by Sabine Mondestin, in which she completed her own stunts and worked behind the camera in production, demonstrating her ability to adapt and grow.
Not long after, Lauren scored a supporting role in the pilot episode of the upcoming web-series "Confessions of a Part-Time Assassin" by Frank D. Paul, performing her own stunts once more, showcasing her depth, talent, and commitment to making a lasting impact in the film industry.
