Notable figure with a complex yet fascinating life journey. Born and raised in the Northeast, yet spent formative years in the West, ultimately settling in Brooklyn, New York. Early artistic inclinations led to enrollment in the esteemed ACT's Young Conservatory in San Francisco. Subsequently, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drama from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where they honed their craft through rigorous training at Circle in the Square and The Classical Studio.
Following graduation, immersed themselves in the vibrant Downtown theater scene of 1990s and early 2000s New York, accumulating an impressive portfolio of dozens of stage productions. Prior to transitioning to the big screen, actively participated in numerous student short films while at Tisch, and later landed a pivotal role as Colin in Joshua Sternfeld's graduate thesis film, Colin's Date. This project garnered recognition at the prestigious Haig Magoonian screenings in Los Angeles in 1999 and was subsequently incorporated into the aesthetics curriculum of TSOA's Graduate Film department.
