Kurt Oberhaus, an American actor, was born in Davenport, Iowa, and grew up as the middle child among his two brothers, raised by parents Mark and Denise. His early life was marked by a significant involvement in baseball, but he always found himself drawn to the creative challenge and allure of acting and filmmaking.
As he delved deeper into the world of entertainment, Kurt began by creating stop-motion short films, which eventually led to the production of two feature films during his high school years. Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Cinema at The University of Iowa, he discovered a newfound passion for being in front of the camera, rather than behind it.
In July 2014, Kurt made the life-changing decision to relocate to Los Angeles, marking the beginning of his acting career. He secured roles in independent films such as "Haunt" and landed smaller parts on various TV shows. Notably, Kurt has recently been featured in the Apple TV+ show "Truth Be Told" and HULU's "Pam & Tommy".
Throughout his career, Kurt has expressed a particular fondness for portraying antagonistic characters, stating that he thoroughly enjoys playing the role of the "bad guys".
