Kurt Mason Peterson is a multifaceted American actor and filmmaker, renowned for his impressive work in the realm of independent film and theatrical stage productions.

Born on June 3, 1988, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Kurt is the youngest of two children to Monica (Kershner),a native of Bridgeport, and Mark Peterson, hailing from Boston, Massachusetts.

As a child, Kurt developed a passion for music, performing in various garage rock bands throughout his teenage years and early twenties. However, acting did not initially capture his attention.

After graduating from high school, Kurt found himself uncertain about his future career path, taking on a series of odd factory jobs. His mother, recognizing Kurt's outgoing personality, suggested that he would excel in the world of acting. Encouraged by her words, Kurt enrolled at the prestigious Hartt School of Drama in Hartford, Connecticut.

Kurt's breakthrough came when he made his film debut as the charismatic Robert Johnson in Nitty Gritty Studio's "Drop Dead Drunk". In 2010, he relocated to New York to pursue a stage career, quickly landing a role in RP Patnik's American film debut, 'Amy'. This standout performance paved the way for a plethora of comedic and dramatic film roles that followed.
