Kristine was born and raised on a small self-sufficient farm in upstate New York, where she spent her childhood surrounded by nature and learning valuable skills. As a young girl, she developed a passion for the arts, taking ballet classes and studying voice. Her early exposure to the world of modeling came when she began working for Macy's at the age of 14.
Kristine's talent and dedication soon led her to audition for the role of Marta in the musical The Sound Of Music, which she won. This marked the beginning of a fruitful four-season stint with the Mac-Haydn Theatre, where she played various roles, including the naughty postulant. Her experience at the theatre helped her develop her acting skills and provided her with a strong foundation for her future career.
After completing her education at Berkeley College, where she studied Fashion Merchandising, Kristine began modeling for Ford Models in New York City. She quickly gained recognition and became a prominent figure in the fashion industry. Her success in modeling led her to pursue a career in acting, and she soon found herself starring in a number of motion pictures, including Meatballs, Blood Brothers, and The Big Brawl.
Kristine's television career also took off, with appearances in a number of pilots, guest-star roles in episodic television, and movies of the week. She even landed a role on the award-winning soap opera The Young & The Restless. However, she left the film and television industry in the mid-1980s to focus on raising her children on a thoroughbred farm in upstate New York.
Years later, Kristine returned to the stage, starring in numerous regional theater productions. One of her most memorable performances was as Blanche Dubois in Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire. Since moving back to Los Angeles in 2008, Kristine has continued to work steadily in film and television, enjoying a long and successful career in the entertainment industry.
