Kris Swinnen, a talented Meisner-trained actor, hails from Belgium, possessing a valid passport that grants him the freedom to travel and work globally. With a rich background in the arts, spanning from theater to on-camera training, Kris has spent over 15 years honing his craft. His acting career took off when he landed his first national commercial, which was merely the beginning of a long string of successful bookings, with over 10 commercials secured within a remarkably short period.
Kris's breakthrough role came when he featured in the independent movie 'Gridlock', a film that garnered an Oscar nomination in the Short Movie Live Action category. This notable achievement paved the way for a plethora of roles in various film and television productions. In 2012, Kris furthered his education by pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting for TV and Film at the prestigious New York Film Academy in the United States.
Following his return to Belgium in 2015, Kris continued to make a name for himself in the industry, appearing in a diverse range of films and TV series, including 'De Zonen van Van As', 'Engrams', 'Kosmoo', 'Gina & Chantal', 'The Team II', and numerous other projects.
