Kevin Lacy is a highly acclaimed writer/director, renowned for his impressive portfolio of short films that have garnered hundreds of thousands of views online and have garnered top accolades at film festivals across the nation.
In addition to his impressive filmography, Kevin has recently earned his Master of Fine Arts degree in Film Directing from the esteemed American Film Institute Conservatory, a prestigious institution that has produced some of the most talented and innovative filmmakers in the industry.
As part of his MFA program, Kevin created his thesis film, "Young Americans", which has begun its festival run and has already received a plethora of awards and nominations, including wins at the Sedona, Cleveland, and Ashland film festivals.
Furthermore, "Young Americans" has also been nominated in the drama category at the 2014 College Emmys, a prestigious award presented by the Television Academy Foundation, recognizing excellence in college-level student filmmaking.
