George Ian Kenneth "Kenny" Ireland was a Scottish actor and theatre director, born on August 7, 1945, in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland. He spent ten years as the director of the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh, leaving the post in 2003.
