Kelsey's life journey began in Colorado, where she started modeling during her high school years. After relocating to New York to attend NYU, she decided to put her academic pursuits on hold to focus on her modeling career.
It was in 1995 that Kelsey met Michael Tardio, which marked the beginning of her transition into the world of theater. She started taking acting classes and eventually left modeling behind to pursue her newfound passion.
After marrying Michael, the couple moved to Los Angeles in 1998, where Kelsey became pregnant with their second child, a daughter named Riley.
Tragedy struck in 2002 when Michael's life was cut short. Kelsey continued to act until 2006, when a serious injury forced her to undergo extensive reconstructive ankle surgery, ultimately bringing her acting career to a halt.
In the years that followed, Kelsey explored new avenues, including real estate. She spent three years flipping homes before opening YogaCo, a Santa Monica yoga studio and teacher training facility, in 2009. At its peak, YogaCo was the largest of its kind in the country.
In 2011, Kelsey made the decision to return to her home state of Colorado, where she could be closer to her extended family.
Today, Kelsey works as an executive assistant at a tech company called Fastly, based in the Bay Area. She is the proud mother of three children, Lucas (27),Riley (25),and Tyler (11),and shares her life with her partner, Tom, in Littleton, Colorado.
