Biography

Keith, the great-grandson of Russian vaudevillians, grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, where he stood out as the only Jewish kid at Our Lady of Angels School. Despite being the smallest in his class, Keith would often pass out matzoh in the cafeteria under the crucifix, a peculiar habit that set him apart from his classmates. With a bespectacled gaze and a passion for learning, Keith would spend his recess time reading the encyclopedia, while his peers played kickball.

It was in the second grade that Keith discovered his hidden talent. His insightful teacher, Mrs. Gibbons, recognized his potential and had him stand on a milk crate to sing two songs his mother had taught him - "High Hopes" and "Does Your Chewing Gum Lose Its Flavor on the Bedpost Overnight". This moment of self-discovery marked the beginning of Keith's journey as a performer.

Throughout his childhood, Keith honed his skills by performing with various theatres, including the Singing Angels and the Great Lakes Shakespeare Festival. His passion for the stage only grew stronger as he matured. Keith's educational pursuits took him to Tulane University and the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the UK, where he earned a Masters Degree in Architecture. His travels throughout Europe not only broadened his cultural horizons but also instilled in him a sense of purpose.

Upon returning to Cleveland, Keith worked as a registered architect, designing performing arts centers and contributing to several books and magazine articles. He remained committed to his theatrical pursuits, co-founding a small resident professional theatre company in downtown Cleveland. Keith's dedication to his craft earned him a reputation as a respected designer and a talented performer.

In 2003, Keith made the bold move to New York City, where he expanded his theatre background to include over 50 stage credits. He worked alongside esteemed actors such as Paul Sorvino and Zac Efron, and even had the opportunity to perform in a Disney production. Keith's versatility as an actor led him to study improv and on-camera acting, which in turn opened doors to TV, film, and commercial projects.

Today, Keith resides in Los Angeles, where he continues to work in the entertainment industry. His unique blend of theatrical experience, architectural expertise, and creative flair has made him a sought-after talent in the world of TV, film, and commercials.
