Kayode was born on November 2nd, 1993, in the Elephant and Castle district of London, situated in the southeastern part of the city, within the boundaries of the London Borough of Southwark. This location is notable for its vibrant cultural scene, diverse community, and rich history, which would later influence Kayode's artistic endeavors.
As the middle child in an Anglo-Nigerian family, Kayode's upbringing was a unique blend of British and Nigerian cultures, shaping his perspective and creative vision. His educational background began at City and Islington College, where he pursued a range of subjects, including drama and theatre studies, laying the foundation for his future career.
Kayode's academic journey continued at Coventry University, initially enrolling in the journalism course but eventually switching to drama. This decision proved to be a pivotal moment, as he graduated in 2015 with first-class honors, demonstrating his exceptional talent and dedication to the craft.
During his time at school, Kayode met Tyrell Williams, who would later become a key collaborator. In 2015, Williams pitched the idea of the spoof documentary 'Hood Drama' to Kayode, in which he would play the role of Reece Simpson, aka R.S., a would-be rapper. This project marked the beginning of Kayode's journey as a performer and creative force.
In 2016, Kayode joined the ensemble cast of the remake of the classic sitcom 'Are You Being Served?', further solidifying his position in the entertainment industry.
