Born on December 18th in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana, Kasey embarked on an extensive and illustrious journey in the film and television industry at a remarkably young age. Her unwavering passion for filmmaking, which had been burning bright since her teenage years, led her to the thriving film industry in Louisiana, where she seized every opportunity to work on film sets alongside seasoned professionals. Simultaneously, she pursued her academic aspirations, attending Louisiana State University full-time to study film and screenwriting.
Kasey's insatiable thirst for knowledge and networking led her to launch her career as a background actor in the industry. During this period, she also honed her skills by working at the south's largest film studio, Raleigh Studios at the Celtic Media Centre, and contributed to two prominent entertainment publications through her writing. Following her college graduation, Kasey transitioned to full-time work in production, assuming a wide range of roles that showcased her versatility, including production, wardrobe, EPK, cast, and director's assistant.
