Karin Webb, affectionately known as UnAmerika's Sweetheart, is a talented individual with a rich background in the performing arts. As an original member of the award-winning performance troupe "All The Kings Men" (ATKM),Karin has had the opportunity to hone her craft and share it with audiences across the United States, Canada, and London.
Karin's educational background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Boston University and a certificate in Physical and Ensemble Theater from Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theater. She also spent time at the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts.
As a performer, Karin has toured extensively, bringing her unique talents to various stages and audiences. Her writing has also been produced for theater, showcasing her versatility and range as an artist.
Recent performances include "Lunar Labyrinth" at Oberon Theater, "28 Seeds" at the BCA, and Liars and Believers. She was also part of the Elliot Norton Award-winning two-woman show "Collected Stories" with Gloucester Stage Company and received an IRNE nomination for her original puppet show "Baby Zombie" with her company Elephant Tango Ensemble.
In addition to her work as a performer, Karin is also an accomplished producer and director. She is the Artistic Director of DreamWeird and Axe To Ice Productions, Co-Creator of "Burns and Webb", and has recently produced "Beck's Songreader" at the Somerville Theater, featuring performances from over 150 musicians and dancers.
Karin is also a dedicated teacher, regularly leading workshops and sharing her expertise with others. She was a longtime contributor and resident of Pan 9 and can be seen winters performing in "The Slutcracker".
