Kari Hietalahti is a multifaceted individual, with a wide range of accomplishments in the entertainment industry, as well as a passion for nature and conservation.
As an actor, screenwriter, and nature writer, Hietalahti has made a significant impact on Finnish television and film. He is best known for his work on popular TV series such as Vintiöt, Ihmebantu, Kimmo, King Liar, The Duke of Sipoo, Color of Evil, The Man Who Died, and Roba, as well as films like Hellsinki, Vares- Private eye, Boy Upside Down, The Human Part, Helsinki Mansplaining Massacre, The Longest Day, and Never alone.
In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Hietalahti is also an accomplished author. His first book, "Kenraali Pancho & Pojat - Suuri kalottikirja", was published in August 2011. His second book, "Incredible Fly Fishing with Hissu & Tommi", co-authored with actor Tommi Korpela, was published in April 2020.
