Karenssa is a multifaceted performer, boasting a strong foundation in both the Meisner technique and classical singing. As a proud daughter of an Australian artist and a United States Marine Corps officer, she holds dual citizenship of both America and Australia.
Her extensive screen credits include notable roles in the CW's popular series "Veronica Mars", the Lifetime Movie Network's suspenseful thriller "Killer Caregiver", the heartwarming Christmas movie musical "Christmas Harmony", and the critically acclaimed independent feature film "Carving A Life", now streaming on Amazon.
Karenssa's passion for theatre is evident in her impressive repertoire, which includes the iconic role of Cosette in Les Miserables at Arkansas Repertory Theatre, the endearing Antonia in "Man of La Mancha" at Musical Theatre West, and the captivating Christine Daae in "The Phantom of the Opera", conducted by the esteemed Carmen Dominguez.
When her professional commitments permit, Karenssa splits her time between her homes in San Diego and Los Angeles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA),and further honed her craft through Meisner training at The Ruskin School of Acting.
