Kanza Zia is a multifaceted Pakistani film professional, boasting a diverse range of expertise in the realms of film production, direction, and screenwriting within the Pakistani film industry.
Evidencing her commitment to ongoing education and professional development, Kanza has acquired degrees and garnered work experience in the fields of Filmmaking, Mass Communication, Business Management, and Project Management. Moreover, she holds the esteemed certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Kanza's directorial debut, the internationally acclaimed film "Gumm (Lost)", premiered theatrically in Pakistan in 2019 and garnered widespread recognition, winning numerous awards at prestigious international film festivals.
In 2021, Kanza co-produced, co-wrote, and co-directed the feature film "The Window", a collaborative effort between the Hollywood production house Three Feather Pictures and her own production house, Starstruck Films. The screenplay for "The Window" also took home an award at an international film festival.
