Kalp, a distinguished alumnus of the prestigious National Institute of Design Ahmedabad, India, has established himself as a talented animation filmmaker and illustrator. With a strong passion for indigenous storytelling, Kalp is committed to infusing local flavours into his work in order to forge a deeper connection with his audience.
In 2020, Kalp's creative endeavours culminated in the writing and co-direction of the highly acclaimed animated short film "Wade", a project that he collaborated on with the esteemed Upamanyu Bhattacharyya.
Today, Kalp is proud to be a founding partner at Ghost Animation Collective, a thriving animation studio based in Kolkata.
