Justine Stafford is a multifaceted Irish personality, exceling as a comedian, writer, podcaster, and television presenter.
Her journey in the world of comedy began at Kilbeg National School, where she was introduced to the Fis Films project, a short-film initiative for primary schools, and went on to win a national prize in Dublin. This exposure sparked her passion for filmmaking, and she started creating her own comedy films after receiving a Camcorder as a gift the following Christmas, at the tender age of 11.
Stafford's talents didn't go unnoticed, as she won an award at Ireland's Youth Film Festival, Fresh Films, held in Limerick, at the age of 13. Her winning short film earned her the opportunity to represent Ireland at an international youth film festival in South Korea.
After completing her studies in film and broadcasting at the Dublin Institute of Technology, Stafford worked for FM104 radio station and spent five years at JOE.ie as senior social creative and content creator. During this time, she established herself as a comedic presence on social media, impressing audiences with her creative Halloween costumes, social commentary, and satire on popular television programs.
In 2019, Stafford was a finalist in Irish TV's Stand Up And Be Funny competition, showcasing her stand-up comedy skills. The following year, she co-hosted the television food game show Battle of the Food Trucks with Gary Patrice on RTE Player. The show was renewed for a second season, which aired in 2022.
