Biography

Justin Joseph Hall is an accomplished, multilingual multimedia storyteller and founder of the renowned production companies Fourwind Films and Quatre-Vents. His impressive body of work has been acquired by prominent television networks such as HBO, and he has collaborated on numerous award-winning projects that have garnered industry recognition, including Emmy Awards, the TriBeCa Film Festival, and the Brooklyn Film Festival.

Throughout his career, Justin has held various roles within the industry, allowing him to hone his skill sets, particularly in post-production, while simultaneously securing funding for his company. Notably, he has served as an editor for prominent networks such as HBO and PBS for Downtown Community Television (DCTV). During his tenure at DCTV, he played a crucial role in pitching and developing the show style for the long-running documentary series Axios (2018-2021).

One of his most notable projects is Abuela's Luck (2018),which was acquired by all of HBO's streaming platforms and is slated to be adapted into a full-length feature film. Justin's mastery of post-production and visual arts has led to opportunities to collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including PBS, Major League Baseball, NBCUniversal, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, National Geographic, and BMW, to name a few.

As a director, Justin has received numerous awards for his work. Prologue (2020) is a thought-provoking and surreal exploration of relationships and miscommunication that won the Best of Awards at the Manhattan Film Festival and the Worldfest Houston International Film Festival. His series Artist in the City won the Best Editing and I (love) New York awards at the NYC WebFest.
