Biography

Justin Henry's illustrious career in the entertainment industry began at the tender age of seven, when he landed a pivotal role in the critically acclaimed film Kramer vs. Kramer (1979),showcasing his impressive acting prowess despite having no prior experience in the field. This remarkable debut earned him a nomination for the prestigious Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, making him one of the youngest actors to ever receive such an honor.

Throughout the 1980s, Henry continued to hone his craft, appearing in a select few films, including Martin's Day (1985) and the iconic John Hughes teen comedy Sixteen Candles (1984). His versatility as an actor was further demonstrated in his co-starring role in the drama Sweet Hearts Dance (1988),which ultimately led him to take a hiatus from filmmaking to pursue his educational endeavors.

Eight years later, Henry returned to the spotlight, starring in the television film Andersonville (1996),directed by the renowned John Frankenheimer. Since then, he has continued to work in front of the camera, appearing in a variety of independently directed films, such as Finding Home (2003) and My Dinner with Jimi (2003).

Now, many years removed from his debut as the young, inexperienced actor in Kramer vs. Kramer, Henry has transformed into a seasoned, accomplished adult actor, poised to take on new challenges and opportunities in the future.
