Julius Tennon is a renowned film, television, and theatre producer and actor, boasting an impressive career spanning over three decades. Born in Austin, Texas, he initially pursued a dual passion for the performing arts and football, even earning a full scholarship to the University of Tulsa as a star linebacker.

As a trailblazer, Julius became the first African American to graduate from the university's theatre department. His extensive screen credits include notable films such as The Simone Biles Story, Batman v. Superman, Get On Up, Fame, Friday Night Lights, and Dazed and Confused, as well as popular television shows like Criminal Minds and Lonesome Dove, to name a few.
