Julie's formative years were spent in the quaint farming community of Lake Elmo, nestled deep within the heart of Minnesota. It was here that she developed a penchant for professional competition, specifically in the realm of "Games", a division of Rodeo, where she showcased her skills alongside her peers.
In addition to her rodeo pursuits, Julie was also involved in the raising of buffalo and the harvesting of sweet corn from the fields of her family's backyard. This unique upbringing not only fostered a strong connection to the land but also instilled in her a sense of hard work and dedication.
As a youngster, Julie demonstrated a natural flair for the performing arts, regularly taking to the stage in numerous talent shows both as a solo act and in collaboration with her siblings. This early exposure to the spotlight helped to hone her confidence and stage presence, laying the groundwork for a future filled with opportunities in the entertainment industry.
Throughout her life, Julie has been guided by a simple yet profound philosophy: if you have a passion for a particular line of work and it brings you a sense of joy and fulfillment, then it is essential to pursue it with unwavering dedication. And so, she has done just that, accumulating an impressive resume that includes leading roles in four pilots, several independent films, countless theatre productions, and a handful of commercials.
When Julie is not busy bringing her talents to the screen, you can often find her indulging in her love of the great outdoors. She is an avid enthusiast of distance running, mountain biking, and trail riding, often accompanied by her trusty quarter horse mare, Cally. In her downtime, Julie also enjoys the company of her two terriers, Sienna and Gracie, and can often be found lounging at home, basking in the warmth and comfort of her own company.
