JuJu Chan Szeto, a Chinese American actress, has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry with her impressive fight action skills. Born and raised in the United States, JuJu earned a Master's degree from the renowned New York University-Tisch School of the Arts, specifically in Film and Television.
JuJu's impressive martial arts background is a testament to her dedication and hard work. She is a master of multiple styles, including Taekwon-Do, where she represented the Hong Kong National Team in international competitions, winning numerous medals, including gold. She was later recruited and trained by a Hong Kong champion Thai boxer, where she went on to defeat a veteran opponent in the WMC The One Muay Thai Championship.
In addition to her impressive martial arts skills, JuJu is also a master of the nunchaku, including double nunchakus. Her real fighting skills and mastery of the nunchakus have earned her the nickname "Female Bruce Lee" from the Hong Kong media.
Before focusing on her acting career, JuJu began competing in beauty pageants, where she won several competitions. She then transitioned to acting, starring in Hong Kong TV shows and web series. Her impressive martial arts skills were initially not showcased, as action actresses were not in vogue at the time.
However, JuJu eventually returned to acting, showcasing her impressive martial arts skills in her role as Zan in the Netflix original series Wu Assassins. She performed all her own on-screen fighting for her character, appearing in 9 out of 10 episodes. The series ended on a cliffhanger, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the next installment.
