Joslyn Kramer's early life was marked by her childhood in Tucson, Arizona, where she resided for a total of 13 years prior to making the pivotal decision to relocate to Los Angeles at the tender age of 19.
Her fascination with the world of acting began to take shape at the age of 11, when she participated in a talent search at a local mall, an experience that would ultimately serve as a catalyst for her future endeavors.
Months later, Kramer's talents were showcased at the IMTA convention in Los Angeles, where she garnered significant recognition from numerous agents and managers, thereby setting the stage for her subsequent foray into the entertainment industry.
Following the convention, Kramer's parents made significant sacrifices, taking turns driving, flying, or taking a train to ensure that she was able to attend every audition, callback, and booking, a testament to their unwavering support for their daughter's aspirations.
Over the course of the next three years, Kramer continued to audition, honing her craft and building her resume, before ultimately deciding to switch to public school and remain in Tucson, where she became an integral part of the high school's musical theatre program.
After earning a full scholarship to the University of Arizona, Kramer spent a year studying, but ultimately realized that her true passion lay in performing. At the age of 19, she made the bold decision to leave school and her hometown behind, relocating to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams in film, television, and theatre.
Since making the move to LA in early 2013, Kramer has successfully completed filming on her first feature-length film, which is slated for release in 2014, and has also been cast in the inaugural production of "The Dream of the Burning Boy" at the Malibu Playhouse, a production that will run from September 6th to October 13th.
