In 2024, the prestigious Guardian publication recognized Jordan as "One To Watch," in the wake of the release of his debut feature film, BAM! This critically acclaimed film garnered widespread recognition, including the Wicked Queer Audience Award for Best Narrative Feature at the Rome Independent Cinema Festival, as well as a nomination for Best Narrative Feature at the Fresno Reel Pride Film Festival.
Prior to his feature film debut, Jordan made a name for himself through his work on several short films. One such film, By A Thread, earned him the prestigious Pentimenti Emerging Filmmakers Award at the Chicago REEL Shorts Festival, as well as recognition at the TAG! Queer Film Festival and the IFA Chicago Block Party.
