Jon Wilkinson, a talented individual, was born on May 2, 1991, in the picturesque city of North Bay, Ontario, Canada, to a loving family consisting of his mother, Hélène Philbin-Wilkinson, a dedicated health care administrator, and his father, David Wilkinson, a high school teacher and coach, who has undoubtedly played a significant role in shaping Jon's life.
Jon has two brothers, Zach, born in 1993, and Paul, born in 1996, with whom he shares a strong bond. His mixed heritage, being of French and mostly Irish descent, has undoubtedly influenced his perspective and outlook on life.
After completing his high school education in 2009, Jon briefly pursued higher education at York University and the University of Ottawa, simultaneously playing varsity football for both institutions. However, he eventually decided to drop out and pursue a career in the military, which proved to be a life-changing decision.
It was during his time in the military that Jon discovered his passion for acting, a talent he has since honed and refined. In 2017, he joined the New Brunswick Film Co-Op, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his life, one that has been filled with opportunities and experiences that have helped him grow both personally and professionally.
