In addition to his academic pursuits, Jon Ivay took the bold step of forming his own theatrical production company, where he has produced and directed numerous national and international tours of contemporary dramas and comedies, collaborating with some of the most renowned theatres in Britain.
Furthermore, Jon Ivay has also ventured into playwriting, having penned the stage plays "Inside the Firm" and "Freebird". With a keen eye for storytelling, he has also been involved in the development of the stage play and screenplay of "JD & Coke", a captivating tale of John Delorean's struggles to build the iconic Delorean sports car in Belfast, Northern Ireland, between 1978 and 1982.
